How Our Presentations Work

'School’s Out!' does not believe in the stereotypical high-impact presentations that build students up on a ‘high’ – but often leave them with no practical skills that they can take away. Nor do we believe in those organisations who pride themselves on getting young people, on mass, crying and opening up about their deepest and darkest secrets, often with no support or follow-up; as this can be very damaging! 'School’s Out! Youth Services' believes that students need more than just a smile and a ‘high-five’ to navigate their way through these often difficult years. Our presentations provide students with reality-based scenario’s that many may face, and empower them to come up with the possible solutions.

We value highly, participant participation, so please be ready for lots of moving around and open discussions! Presentations can be delivered to small class groups, through to full grade or year level assemblies or, another option that has become very popular, are, parent and child nights. In addition to the presentations listed, we can present on a number of issues pertinent to young people, so please do not hesitate to contact us to find out how we can best meet the needs of your group.

All presentations run for 90-minutes and groups do not exceed 250 people.
