How do I apply for the Childcare Subsidy (CCS)?If you have never utilized CCS, you will need to 'Make a Claim'. HOW TO? -Sign into your myGOV account -Select 'Centrelink' -Select 'Payments and Claims' tab -Select 'Make a claim' -Scroll down to 'Families' and select 'Get Started' -Select 'Apply for Family Assistance Payments (including Paid Parental Leave)' -Complete the questionnaire and provide required supporting documents -When the claim has been submitted and approved, we will be in touch about confirming the enrolment online. What is ACCS?The Additional Childcare Subsidy (ACCS) provides extra help with the cost of childcare to families facing difficult & challenging circumstances. ACCS will usually cover 100% of fees for a child's care. How does CCS get applied to my account?When completing your enrolment forms with SchoolsOUT, we will ask you to provide us with the guardian & child's Customer Reference Number (CRN). We will then send the CCS Enrolment to Centrelink, and update you on the next steps to take. Once your claim with Centrelink is finalized and active, CCS will automatically apply to your weekly statements, and you will automatically only be charged the GAP fee/your out of pocket cost. Feel free to speak to our Admin & Accounts team for a rough estimation of your GAP fee based on your CCS Entitlements.

My child doesn’t attend the school however wants to attend your Holiday program, is this allowed?YES! We welcome ALL children from Prep to Grade 6 to partake in our Holiday Programs, regardless of the school they attend. How do I pay my account?Payment details are filled in via your enrolment form, and upon finalization of your SchoolsOUT enrolment, we will set you up with an automatic Direct Debit Schedule. The direct debit will cover one week of care in advance; It will only deduct funds if and when bookings are created. Manual payments can also be made via your Kidsoft account.

How do I make a last-minute booking?For booking requests within 48 hours, give us a call on 1300 329 106, email us on admin@schoolsout.net.au, or send us a message directly through Kidsoft! Any bookings required further than 48 hours away can be made via your Kidsoft Parent Portal, however feel free to always reach out if guidance is needed.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?Of course! SchoolsOUT! is a nut-free and Halal friendly service, and all gluten free food is prepared completely separately for those with intolerances or Celiac Disease. We pride ourselves on being able to offer alternative food options for those that require it. Our enrolment forms will ask you to disclose of any dietary requirements and food allergies/intolerances your child/ren may have, and we will supply support/medical management plans as needed. All staff undergo food safety training, and this is frequently updated.
